Job Description for Al Zahrawi Medical Jobs in August 2022
Policies and Procedures: â–ª Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies and Procedures as applicable. Transportation: â–ª receive the products from the ports and deliver them to the Warehouse. â–ª Collect documents and products from the Warehouse. â–ª Deliver the products to the various customers around Qatar as per the Sr. Driver and Fleet Coordinator’s instructions. â–ª Collect any faulty products from the customers and deliver them back to the Warehouse for Servicing. Warehouse Coordination: â–ª Load the medical equipment into the vehicle in a safe manner. â–ª Submit a daily work report to the Sr. Driver and Fleet Coordinator. â–ª Attend to any urgent calls from the Warehouse and divert the delivery accordingly. â–ª Comply with all Warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations. â–ª Submit an acknowledgment report with the customer’s signature once the product has been delivered to the Document Control Executive. Quality Check: â–ª Properly check and inspect the item’s quality and quantity against the invoice and delivery note to ensure accuracy. â–ª Inform the Sr. Driver and Fleet Coordinator of any discrepancies. Collect and return all documents with the customer’s signature and company stamp to the Warehouse. Safety and Traffic Rules: â–ª Drive safely and obey the local traffic department laws and regulations. â–ª Utilize online maps to identify the fastest routes. â–ª Maintain an organized travel schedule and ensure there is ample time to reach the destination. Vehicle Maintenance: â–ª Check and maintain the vehicle petrol on a regular basis. â–ª Monitor the vehicle maintenance, coolant, engine oil, etc, and repair when needed. â–ª Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy. â–ª Maintain the vehicle’s logbook on a daily basis and cross-check it with the GPS driver log. â–ª Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle and personal driving license.
